A royal castle only a stone’s throw away from Dresden.
First mentioned in documents in 1318, Weesenstein is much more than just a royal castle. It is a fortress, knight’s castle, baroque residence and romantic king's palace. Visitors are taken back in time by the castle‘s chapel, knight's hall, theatre, medieval vaults and restored royal castle kitchen.
The castle restaurant promises culinary pleasures of today's taste.
