"Full of temperament, healthy and fresh" - this is the motto of the restaurant adaccio in Ramsbach-Baumbach. Served are amongst others thin and crispy pizzas, juicy grilled steaks and homemade pasta. A special dish of the house is the "Pizza Foro" (foro meaning "hole" in Italian), a hole which in this case is filled with fresh salad, reducing the calories of the pizza. In general the Italian restaurant adaccio offers a rich choice of salads.
