Guests who love hiking, taking a cure and art craft will love it here. Local music instrument production has a long tradition in this region. A Museum of Music Instruments can be visited in Vogtland where you can have a look at the craft in show workshops.

Renowned even far beyond Vogtland’s borders is Plauen Lace. Wonderful handmade pieces can be seen in Germany’s singular Lace Museum where you also can acquire some pieces.

Besides there are a couple of wellness oases in traditional health resorts. You can get peat medicinal bath treatments in Bad Elster or visit the Radon Springs in Bad Brambach.
